Delete Your PetDentify Account

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your PetDentify account and associated data.

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the PetDentify app and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account and confirm. A recent sign-in may be required for security.

If you cannot access the app, email support@petdentify.com from the email associated with the account. Support may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Your active account and login access
• Pet profiles, photos, and owner-managed profile details
• Associations between the account, pets, and NFC tags

Data We May Retain

• Order and transaction records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, warranty, or legal obligations
• Security, scan, finder-report, incident, and backup data for the limited periods described in our Privacy Policy
• Records needed to resolve an active dispute or enforce our agreements

Request Your Data

Email support@petdentify.com before deleting the account if you want to request a copy of your data.
