Delete Your PetDentify Account

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your PetDentify account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email quinn@petdentify.com from the email linked to your account.
2. Use the subject: “Delete my PetDentify account”.
3. Include:
   • Your account phone number (if on file)
   • Your Pet tag ID (if applicable)
   • The statement: “I confirm I want my PetDentify account permanently deleted.”
4. We’ll confirm and process your request within 7 calendar days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Account profile (name, email, phone)
• Pet profiles and photos (if any)
• NFC tag ID association
• Tag scan history linked to your account

Data We May Retain

• Security logs for up to 30 days
• Encrypted backups (removed within 30 days)

Request Your Data

Email quinn@petdentify.com to get a copy of your data before deletion.
